Default Vacations To Go

Has anyone else had problems with Vacations to Go cruise service? We booked
one thing and then when we received the tickets found out something else had
been booked. The ship is full so we are being told nothing can be done and
it is too late to get a refund!

We have sailed several times, but this was our first (and Last) time to use
Vacations to Go. Just wondering if they have done the same thing to anyone
else. Thanks.

Linda,
Was your confirmation correct when you booked your cruise? If so somebody
has some explaining to do.

There was a problem with the confirmation and when I called it to the
agent's attention, I was told we had qualified for a free upgrade and that
it would be taken care of not to worry about it, so like an idiot I didn't.
When I contacted the agent last night he even tried to blame the problem on
Royal Caribbean shuffling cabins around and him having no control over it.
When I requested Royal Caribbean's telephone number he changed his story to
the cabins had changed because of the amount we had paid. Is there anything
that can be done?

What exactly is the problem? Are you still sailing on the same ship,
same date that you booked the cruise for? Did VTG give you a better or
worse cabin then you had selected? It is hard to give you advice, when
we don't know what the problem is.

As far as calling Royal Caribbea goes, their phone number should be on
your tickets. If not you can find it on their website:
