cheap hotel next bangkok airport???

hi, we´re going to bali next week, but stopover in bangkok.
we are leaving bangkok next day 8 am. so we have to take a cheap hotel for
one night.

does anybody know a cheap one not far from the airport???

Saphankwai, Taxi about 110 Baht.
Washington Suite, Sudha Palace

More guesthouses in the area, depending on your budget.

there are no cheap hotels near the airport .
only very expensive ones

The Hotel I have used several times is The Asia Airport Hotel. You can
make a reservation at www.asiatravel.com. The price, I just checked,
is 2800 baht +17 %. This hotel provides free transport to and from
AP. They also list a hotel called Miracle Grand Convention hotel at
2050 baht with breakfast, but I do not know anything about that hotel.

I was there one night last June. Quite decent hotel next to the northern
freeway around a 10 minute ride off Don Muang.

Right. Even for a short overnight stop, it usually works out much
cheaper to get a taxi to a hotel in town but within easy access of the
highway. The next morning you can normally be at the airport within
about 15 minutes of getting on the highway.

Dorm rooms for 100 baht and a/c rooms for about 500 baht in a basic
but clean and friendly place within 10 minutes of the airport.
