Default If you book with skyauctions...

Hi. we have booked with sky auctions for an alaskan cruise. They told
us that we would receive our tickets 2 weeks before the cruise, is this
right? that seems so close. we are first time cruisers

Yes, thats about right, the earliest you can expect to see those docs would be
a month before. If you are doing the cruiseline air package, that may take
longer. I once got my docs 3 days before we had to leave. I'd keep in contact
with your travel agent at the 2 week mark and see if they received them yet.

Depends on the cruise line, for example when we are on princess the tickets
are dated a month in advance, but overnighted to our ravel agent two weeks
before the cruise, so we get them right after that, so it's not unusual.

You missed the part where he said it was Skyauction, the website that makes
sure there is no telephone number for you to find anywhere on the site.
They don't want anybody bothering them just because they took your money.

They do have a telephone number, but it's only given if you are
actually purchasing a trip.
