Default Don't like "american tourister" decal on new luggage

hi all,

I think it's nice quality luggage I got for a good price, I just don't
like
the decal. First of all it brands me as what I am immediately, and
it's
also just not very cool. maybe I have to just deal with it, but what
can I do
to cover it or something? Paint it with silver glitter? that would
probably
be pretty disgusting too.

No one looks at other luggage or even cares what others are carrying.

I don't ever recall someone checking out someone else's luggage. Unless
maybe they're planning to steal it.

"American Tourister" is apparently a loaded phrase to foreigners whom
are not well-regarding McDonald's and other
semi-great cliches and institutions

I guess that's totally possible, but I never noticed. (That sort of thing
isn't important to me.)

See...you know what I'm talking about. And I would get categorized
anyway just for being one. What about all those travel advisories
telling people to try to not be toooo obviously American?

ah well, I saw some "travelers choice" luggage on Kmart, a complete
set that I like, but I wish I could instead get the insignia of the
sanskrit
letter that is pronounced "duh." *that* would amuse me.
