Default Close Connection at the Athens, Greece Airport

I'm planning a multi-destination trip to Europe this summer, and have all my
flights booked except for Athens to Mykonos and return.

Here's my dilemma. I'm booked on a British Airways flight scheduled to arrive
in Athens at 1:05PM. I would like to take an Olympia Air flight that departs
from Athens to Mykonos at 1:50PM. What are the chances of me making such a
tight connection? Should I assume that British Airways will allow me to check
my luggage through to Mykonos? I'm pretty sure that's the only way I'll make
it.

I realize I'll be taking a risk of missing the flight (the next one leaves
several hours later) but I'd take the risk if there was a good (even 50/50)
chance of making it. Otherwise I'm going to look into taking a ferry to
Mykonos which sounds nice, but might be complicated to plan.

Thanks for any advice you can offer!

There might be direct flights London to Mykonos but this information
might be a bit late for you.
