Air Museum @ BUD
Greetings --
Just curious if anyone here has had the opportunity to visit the air museum at BUD? I'll have a couple of hours at BUD next week while awaiting for a friend to come in on a later flight. I hear the museum is on the airport grounds / nearby? Can one walk to it? And for those who have been there, how is it? Thanks, Steve |

This message is too late for you, but for the benefit of others: I just drove past it a few days ago. From what I could see, it's actually nothing more than an open-air display of Malev aircraft from the past. It's definitely within walking distance of Terminal 2, but I'm not sure if there is a clear way to walk there. If you did go, it would be nice to hear your impressions. -- Herbie J. Famous Curator |
