Can anybody help?

I am trying to arrange a stag do to Spain (lucky me!), and in doing so
found a cracking deal advertised on a website.

I went ahead and booked this deal with the travel agent, by credit
card, and received 3 confirmations from the agent.

The agent has since emailed me notifying that they had made a mistake
and the price should have been about 10x what I'd paid. They've since
refunded my credit card and cancelled the bookings.

I have booked flights on the strength of the prices advertised, and
although I can probably get a refund from Ryanair, do I have any legal
right to the agent honouring my bookings? Had the pices been
advertised correctly in the first place I wouldn't have booked the
flights.

I have no legal information about this but I would think there are
conditions listed somewhere on the site where you made the bookings.
From what you say, it looks like an honest mistake ??? and the refunded your
credit card charge..

That is why travel insurance is a good idea.

Why not look for cheap hotels on other websites???
