Since the State of Hawaii would have issued a birth certificate to
residents of Hawaii for an infant born out of Hawaii (anywhere) in
accordance with Hawaiian law and merely reported the issuance of said
certificate to the local newspapers for that infant born anywhere on
that anecdote of Hawaiian residents, proof of Obama's birth in Hawaii
has never been established.
