When you get it, can you please, pretty please, post what it *says*?
I.e. whether it says "licence", "license" or "permit, or perhaps a
combination of those. Please post (part of) the 'sentence' in which
these words occur, so that we can distinguish a noun from a verb.

Perhaps then we can finally lay this thing to rest. Thanks in advance.
