Default Australian Weather site do you use?

I have been monitoring a couple of weather sites online in
anticipation of my upcoming trip to the Gold Coast. And each one
gives different (and often contradictory!) current weather conditions.

Examples:

http://weather.ninemsn.com.au/weathe...ion=Gold+Coast
http://weather.news.com.au/coolangatta.htm

Just wondering if anyone has any advice as to websites they use - and
trust!

Thanks

yes they do, but it is very basic in the output of information. I
think the others may complie their forcast from the govt information,
but not updated as often. For the most current forcast always go with
BOM.

at www.birdcagesoft.com.au
download the file "weathrxp.exe" or the appropriate one for you oper. system
then install it. Select which observation state and location you want and

We'll have weather for Busselton Western Australia live on 14 March
2005.

You'll find Busselton Online at -
http://www.busseltononline.com

This new site will focus heavilty on Busselton tourism modules so apart
from weather there'll be a Busselton accommodation online booking
service, online tours bookings, online Busselton restaurant menus and
bookings, Busselton real estate, picture gallery and much more general
information on the south west area of Western Australia.

While the Bureau of Meteorology (www.bom.gov.au) site forecasts
are highly regarded, some of the region names may leave you a
bit confused!

For weather forecasts in Victoria, check out:

http://www.travelvictoria.com.au/victoria/weather/

While it links to the BOM forecasts, at least you can see which
towns/cities the region covers before you click!

better still
download weatherxp.zip from
www.birdcagesoft.com.au
and set it up to look at any state you want and any auto
reading centre you want to check on in Australia.
its good.
