What is the best way to fly to South Africa from the USA.
Would the route Atlanta to Cape Town and Cape Town to SID SID to
Atlanta be a malaria free route vs JFK to JNB JNB to Dakar Dakar to JFK

Dakar is not malaria free, but your chances of getting malaria on that
flight are extremely small. The inbound flight flight lands at Dakar
at about 6am, and departs about an hour later. The cabin is sprayed
shortlybefore take-off and the outbound flight lands at Dakar at about
2am.

If you're really paranoid about the malaria, use an insect repellant
on you exposed skin while you're on the ground in Dakar.

Where is SID?

There is a very limited incidence of Malaria on Santiago Island in
Cape Verde. The rest of Cape Verde is considered malaria free.
