I nominate Charles D. Bohne, aka Chuckwasel, for the trip.
He'll bring his lover, a cute-as-a-button mountain goat named Horny.
Below are his unquestionable credentials:

I don't know, but since it might be cheaper to buy a round trip ticket,
I can see the questions on rec.travel.mars about not using the return.

Considering NASA has no means to travel in space, that's a given.

The RSA, Russia’s space agency, announced that it will probably
not carry space tourists to the ISS beginning in 2010.

"Last December, NASA announced it was delaying by two years its
planned half-billion-dollar 2011 unmanned probe to Mars"
Message-ID:

Comment: We all thought NASA ALREADY had 2 unmanned probes on Mars -- is
this an instant replay, or is Lockheed/NASA lying about the 2 rovers and
billing the taxpayers for a non-existent Mars mission which failed and was
perpetuated on a Hollywood film set....
