How to obtain a French license

Here's the official government website with information about obtaining
a French driver's license (permis de conduire). Of course there ain't
jack about taking the written test in languages other than French, why
would there be? In France people speak French. I just let Earl Evleth,
the asshole emeritus of cyberspace, shoot his mouth off about the
government offering an official English language version. Like always
Dr. Gugusse makes a fool of himself.
