I think Dopey was criticising my spelling of Indian cities! It clashes
with
his GPS.

Aren't the official names Chennai, Kolkata, Mumbai etc.? What names do
the locals use in India?
--

These are local names. Bombay, Calcutta och so vidare are *******ized
names
to make the English looters feel comfortable.

So now Markku the Moron can even complete an English sentence and
drivels into Swedish. Probably so the Swedish looters feel
comfortable.

He's just wrong about India, och så vidare

Am I? The British rule (the Raj?) utilized the turban heads in South Asia
for centuries. And in Africa and...... Britain was just so impoverished
after the world war II that their grip didn't hold anymore.

I have news.

Before the British turned up Bombay wasn't there. It was a group of
malarial islands inhabited by a few fishermen.

Ah! The white man's burden.

Perhaps one should avoid India altogether. The three cities above are
New Delhi, Mumbai and Kolkata.

Everyone should visit India.

It changes your view of the world.

So does lung cancer.

If that's your opinion then I hope you experience that as well, as soon
as possible...

I am just wondering whenever it comes to India, we will hear about how
everything is so primitive, corrupt and nothing works (like airports). As an
old fart I don't care to fight my way ahead when leisure travelling. It
ought to be pretty smooth and simple. Like in Thailand, Malaysia, many parts
of Indonesia. And in Europe.

I've seen things you people wouldn't believe.
Barbeques on fire by the chalets past the castle headland
I watched the gift shops glitter in the darkness off the Newborough gate
All these moments will be lost in time, like icecream on the beach
Time for tea.

As a general rule everything works, it just works more slowly.

India isn't primitive.

As an
old fart I don't care to fight my way ahead when leisure travelling. It
ought to be pretty smooth and simple. Like in Thailand, Malaysia, many
parts of Indonesia. And in Europe.

In Europe!

I'd avoid Italy then...

Since nobody wants you anyway, why don't you just stay home?
