If they are incorporated in the US I'm pretty sure they pay corporate income
taxes. At least I see entries in my Carnival Annual Report. |

Carnival Corp., as a Panamanian corporation, pays no corporate income
tax in the US, however they do pay tax on properties owned in the US by its tour companies -- buses, hotels, train cars, etc. The same is the case with RCCL and Star/ NCL.
