Default detination Cuba

I would love to hear anyone who has visited Havana and/or the surrounding
provinces.I have checked out the other specific Cuba news groups and find
only ideological and political rhetoric. I'm just trying get reliable
information on Cuba from the point of view of the tourist. My spouse is from
Latin America so we always enjoy trips to other Spanish speaking countries.
Suggestions on Havana hotels, other beaches (NOT Varadaro) and general
information would be great.

Thanks,

Gra

Hi,

Don't know if this helps, but here is a book review on "Cuba is a State
of Mind" that is interesting. Waiting for a copy from our local
library.
One review can be found he

Good luck in your search.
