They DO have some responsibility to the community - to not do things

like dump waste oil down the storm drains, and such. I know of no
cases where McD's does that, of course, and I'm sure its not corporate
policy.

Its reasonable to expect full disclosure of their product, but I doubt
it'd make much difference. There were fewer obese Americans when they
DIDN'T provide any nutrutional info! Maybe we should blame them for
informing us!

Isn't it funny that we're finding ourselves defending a place whose
product we both agree is absolute crap? :-)


There are at least three people here, who are honest enough to say
that they sometimes eat in McDs. I am one of them.
Their chips and apple pies are rubbish


Funnily enough the fries are the only thing I /will/ eat from McD's...I
haven't bought myself a McD's meal for ten years (and that was a distress
purchase when it was the only place open late night at a railway station),
but if I'm with someone who's got a takeaway, it's difficult to resist a
few of their fries...
