Yoga on board?
Don't laugh - its done wonders for my back. Just curious if anyone knows
if the Navigator of the Seas has Yoga sessions on board. tks |

Just curious if anyone knows if the Navigator of the Seas has Yoga sessions on board. tks Most ships have yoga for 10-15 a session, trouble is they are half hour sessions of mixed levels so your benefit may be better to practice on your own.Balconies work well for yoga, the workout area is often too noisy for me.
