When terrorists book flights....
......do they book one way or return?
It really is a serious question.....just wondering if they ever considered this when those that flew on 9/11 booked their flights. |

It's been standard practice in the USA for a while to give extra screeing to those on one-way flights. But then as it's often cheaper to book a return anyway, what's the point. |

As I can remember those on September 11 had expensive one-way businesstickets. On the other hand the London bombers had bought return tickets and paid for parking tickets. Possibly they'd learnt something . Remains for them to learn that murder nor suicide is allowed in the Christianity,Islam or the Jewish religions. |

the Christianity,Islam or the Jewish religions. That depends on which part of their bible is accessed. If Christians only look at the Old Testament, it would appear that their God is a violent and capricious being that enjoys killing. Many parts of the Quran talk about cutting someone's head off as a justifiable action. |

Somehow I don't think any potential difference in fare would have been a consideration, and since the average passenger probably books a return flight..... |

The 9/11 hijackers had business class tickets to be near the cockpit, bombers can be in any cheap seat. |

Some security services consider it. I don't know if they did with the 9/11 flights. -- Transpose mxsmanic and gmail to reach me by e-mail. |

Many parts of the Quran talk about cutting someone's head off as a justifiable action. In the Old Testament, God is somewhat of a comic-book character. In the New Testament, God is pushed back into the shade by Jesus. The Quran seems to strike a bit of a middle ground, as I recall, with a more abstract and realistic view of God than the Jews have, but not a personality cult like that of the Christians. Of course, the reality doesn't quite match any of these portrayals. -- Transpose mxsmanic and gmail to reach me by e-mail. |
