cape cod advice

As I understand it they are parking permits for non residents. They run
from $10 to $30 a day with an occasional weekly pass. Each is for a
particular beach.

You probably can get information for the town in which a particular
beach is located. Perhaps someone can provide information on Mass laws
but they appear to permit quite restricted access to the part above the
high tide line as well as access from the roads.
