NY critic says Spain overtakes France for cuisine

drifted in several other directions. Should this discussion still have

but there is an accepted way of doing it, which by now you should
have spotted. "Headers was Spain rules" as many only download
threads appropriate to their interests you may lose inputs if
title is not descriptive. We also bottom post.

If you can strike at the right moment it is better to change the
title IMO, but it has little value if the shift has already taken
place, leaving half the topic on either side of the change, if
you see what I mean?
