Ghana Gold Scams *Warning*

DO NOT SEND ANY PERSON MONEY IN GHANA FOR ANY REASON.

Please be advised that there is a major international operation of
theives and criminals working a worldwide scam of gold and romance.
The criminal will claim they will change ownership of gold documents
into your name, or similar investment scheme, but he or she requires
advance payment. Also, criminals in Ghana may use the romance aspect
in addition to request money to prepare for the move to the United
States or Europe, where the person can marry and live with the victim
in his home country. WARNING. Never send money to any individual in
the world that you do not know via Western Union.

Usually the criminals contact the potential victim via internet dating
sites, chatrooms.

These scams have been around since before the days of the fax machine,
and they'll be around for a long time still.

As the saying goes, there'e one born every minute, and as long as
there are greedy, ignorant, gullible, and terminally stupid people
around, these scammers will keep doing what they do.

No amount of warning will stop idiots believeing that "this one is too
good to be true"
