7 PM Samantha cruises on the RCL Freedom of the Seas

9 PM She cruises on the Carnival Inspiration.

In between at 8 PM she takes a weekend vacation in Austin, Texas and at
8:30 a weekend vacation in Las Vegas.

All times are Eastern.

I happened to see the one on Inspiration, and I have to say it made me
more interested in 1) Carnival and 2) shorter cruises. Could be because
she pitched it as "time away to relax," instead of a party opportunity,
and I'm more the relaxed kind of cruiser. That was a four-day, I
believe, and it definitely looked better than no cruise at all.

Okay, trivia. Her father was Ernst Mach (as in number). She has
scored the highest ever scores on both Stanford-Binet and WAIS and was
the first to score a 1600 on the SAT. And did it three times in a
row.

Her husband is an MD who couldn't get accepted by any med school in
the US and had to go to the Caribbean, I think Grenada, where he
graduated last in his class (and yes, I know the joke). His name is
Edward Jarvik.
