Default Air controllers and borders (was: Electricity Power Failures)

AFAIK, there are concepts close to implementation, which would us get rid
of this major safety hazard. Handover times are too short at several
places within the system.

At least, in approach to Zürich, the Swiss do some control above German
territory, which is progress.

To be discussed. See the Bashkirian accident.

Just look at a map, and imagine the times
involved, in approach from the north. There shouldn't be a handover
within the landing phase of a plane!

That's another story.

However, approches from the north, i.e. noise export, have been reduced
by the German authorities.
