Travel Insurance - Long Term

We have several trips planned this year: 2 Weeks in Mexico late Spring
& 2 Weeks Alaska Cruise/Seattle late Summer.

Is there travel insurance available for six months (as an example)?

I know in Canada you can buy yearly travel insurance. Not sure about the
US. In Canada, one of the companies is Blue Cross so you could contact
them and see if they have that offering down there.

You can definitely purchase travel insurance for extended travel. Before
you look for a program you need to decide what you what to cover for the
long term. If you just need medical, baggage, etc. that is different
than if you also need trip cancellation and interruption.
