Cdn Murder Rate Hits Ten Year High - Worst in Edmonton Canada! Repost

In the Edmonton Journal front page [Thursday 23 November 2006] the police
chief is quoted as saying that this year's murder rate will be the third in a
row, increasing each year.

In other words, the imported now chief, is USELESS!!

key of course, is what crimes and how long people go to jail if
convicted of them.
I think your average murder spends 3 years in jail today whereas in the
1970s it was about 10 to 15 years. That is a huge savings to taxpayers when you think of
prison as costing about 200 or more dollars to keep someone in it for a day.

Judges in Edmonton regulalrly release killers, without any jail time at all!!

Last week 3 punks involved in the murder of a teenager, got no jail time, just
probabtion!!

A former city engineer, stunting with his corvette who killed an innocent
pedestrian, also got no jail time because he was a supposedly good citizen.

Hell, a so-called judge, T.D.Clackson even ruled that a convicted murderer in
the Max Prison should be allowed to have a shiv, for his protection against
the guards!! {Kerr case]. The Supreme Court of Canada ruled basically that
Clackson was nuts, and overturned his ruling!!
