My wife and I go on a cruise every year. She has a cruise booked for my
40th birthday (September 13), but I'm considering trying something different like an all-inclusive resort. I'd appreciate input (pros, cons, reviews, etc.) regarding all inclusives you've been to in Mexico or the Caribbean. We're in Houston and will be flying out of Bush Intercontinental.
