Default European mobile phone in South Africa

Hi,

Does anyone knows if mobile phones used for European GSM cards, will
work without problems with South African SIM cards from GSM providers
MTN, Vodacom, Cell C?

Yes, they'll work provided that your mobile phone doesn't have a SIM-lock.
