Southeast Cambodia Border Crossings into Vietnam
I am wondering if anyone on the list has current information of what border
crossings in Vietnam are open from Cambodia for non-Vietnamese citizens holding a valid Vietnamese entry visa? Thanks in advance. rg |

I was able to google the first two links before I posted. The first URL conflicts with the second, indicating that no foreigners are allowed to use the Ha Tien border crossing. The second link indicates the border has been open to foreigners for over two years. If this is the case, my journey from Kep into Ha Tien shouldn't bee too difficult. It is often difficult to know how old the information is on some websites and whether or not it is current. I am beginning to think the border crossing at Ha Tien is open to foreigners. I will make inquiries from Kep. If it is open it means that one can essentially travel from Thailand, through Cambodia and then Vietnam using coastal routes. Thanks again. rg |

The Candy Publications website is the traveller's bible for Cambodia - it is always 100% accurate. Gerry |
