It was the Friday before Christmas. The flight was fully booked - at
three minutes past seven, it exploded over the Scottish borders town
of Lockerbie.
'Only' 259 passengers and crew were killed, along with 11 people on
the ground.
That much we know to be true.
How many passengers will a fully booked 747 carry? Ever tried to get
a trans Atlantic flight that close to Christmas?
It was reported at the time that there were 'a number' of American
Embassy staff and Service personnel booked on to that flight, but were
'advised' not to use it.
Further reporting of that fact quickly and suddenly ceased at the
time.
The Americans knew something in advance and they ain't telling.

Remember the shooting down of the Iranian civilian flight by the US
Vincennes, killing all 290 on board? That took place on 3rd July the
same year.

The Libyans were scapegoats! We still do not know the truth!

My sentiments exactly. Assholes who are so quick to dump on their OWN
governments can FOAD, in my opinion.
