Default Italian train question (again). Power outlets?

I can't remember. Do Italian train cars have any power outlets for
running laptop computers, etc?

I have seen them on 1st class ES carriages, but I am not sure all places
have them. 2nd class ES carrriages do not have them, let alone ordinary
trains.
