Same as the US redeyes from WC to EC. Most of the ones I've taken
from LAX or SFO to the East Coast have been full.


You can't compare a five hour red eye that crosses time zones with a
shorter flight that doesn't.

Well it is about 3 3/4 hours, so I don't think an extra 1/4 hours is
going to make a difference. The late hour to PR and the late hour from
PR makes it easier to not miss connections. Additionally, arriving in NY
in the morning gives some people the opportunity to work that day.
