Default Shop on rue du Bac

Adam Gopnik, in his great book "Paris to the Moon" mentioned a
culinary shop
on rue du Bac which sells old menus. Does anyone know the name of this
shop or address?I can't seem to find any mention in my searches.
Thanks Liz

I don't know how old that book is, but rue de Bac was a solid
collection of food stores only about 10-15 years ago. There were no
Gaps, no Crate&Barrels, and no atheletic shoe stores.

Last I looked, the greatest wine bar in Paris was still there.

Ask there.

I can't confirm this, but perhaps it is Magna Carta, at 101 rue du Bac.
