It clearly has winglets. Possibly a Canadair. Nice picture, too.

I believe it was taken in Northern Ireland last year,since it is flying at
hight,it may have crossed the atlantic or come from the East,,,

I'd say twin jet (rules out VC10 and IL62) and with winglets (rules out
MD80/MD90/DC9/BAC111/Tu134).

T-Tail. (Rules out G200)

Learjet? CRJ? 727?? GV? EMB? I think my money is on an EMB1x5 of some
kind.

EMB1x5 with winglets? Not to my knowledge.

Too large (judging by the the size ratio of engines to fuselage) for a
corporate jet.

My suggestion still stands: CRJ.
