Default Baroque between Munich and Frankfurt

I am planning a future trip. This leg will start in Munich and end
at Frankfurt airport. I want to know if there are any spectacular
baroque palaces there. I plan to stay two days in Wurzburg to
see the Residenz and Hofgarten. Any other baroque in the area?

Well, I once spent one month at Pommersfelden castle, 30 km. out of
Bamberg.
