Cut carb calories, cut weight with claimed less hunger.

The claim I often here is cut carbs and you can increase calories, and
still lose weight. That isn't true.

I find that rather dubious, is it being argued? Its possibly the
only further area of contention, other than "trimming headers"
whatever that is.

Perhaps debate could be limited to that point only?

Some people honestly believe it, even though it is manifestly wrong.
It's like saying that a car can continue to drive across country with an
empty gas tank. It just isn't possible.
