Must See in Utah

What are the must see attractions in Southern Utah? We will be very
short on time and was wondering about these places, Zion, Bryce Canyon,
Arches National Park, Monument Valley and Capital Reef. I know that some
of these parks were discussed earlier at great length but was just
wondering about everyones opinion about all these places, Any help would
be appreciated.

I was disappointed in Monument Valley myself but Bryce - a definite must
see. If you do go past Arches on the way to Moab etc. There are a few small
canyons. I stopped at one of these - much more private.

I just got back from all of the above. Monument Valley is not
really in Utah, it's partly over in AZ. It's nice, but
not a must see, expecially if you visit Arches.

If you are very very short on time, go to Bryce and Zion.

The rest depends on time and where you come in from. Capitol [sic]
Reef has a short scenic drive and some famous petroglyphs right
on the main road, so if it is on the way, by all means see it,
takes at most a couple of hours for this small look.

Arches is nice, as is the Needles section (only) of Canyonlands.
But both take time and hiking to see well. If you are not up to
at least a three-five hour hike, don't bother with Canyonlands.

Better advice might be obtained if you tell us where you are
coming from.
