Default Net Jets/Fractional Jets and travel insurance?

Do any of the "net jet" or "fractional jet" companies offer directly any
kind of travel insurance policies, not for their regular charter or
shared ownership clientele but rather for us ordinary airline travelers
in the middle seats in Economy Class, along the lines of "we'll get you
home pretty quick, in case of a real medical emergency"?

Seems like a potential side line of business for them -- do any of them
pursue it?

Why would they need to be in the travel insurance business.
There are already companies that will sell you insurance for traveling
in the middle seat of Economy

Warren Buffet, through Berkshire Hathaway, owns one of the fractional jet
operations. He sells insurance through other holdings in Berhshire
Hathaway.
