MAS have a seat sale now,for flights from March. UK to Australia or New Zealand fares can be had for around £480 ,have an extended stopover in KL and use this to travel Malaysia, Thailand, Laos cambodia etc. Jan |

A whole lot longer than £2500 will last you in the UK!
Can't get bread & milk as cheap as the UK (we bought almost-out-of-date for 1p each while travelling last year!), but a lot of other things are much cheaper. First thing you need to do is consider where you want to go, and what you want to do there! Guestimate food & entertainment budget per day (most guidebooks have some sort of recommendation) - and then double this amount for a worry-free trip. Do a few web searches/consult a few guidebooks to work out how much your accommodation (www.yha.com.au) & travel will cost. Consider a working holiday if you are in the right age group http://www.immi.gov.au/allforms/visiting_whm.htm Cheers, Lyn "gatts" wrote in message ...
