Princess Introduces 18 New Adventures Ashore(R) in Alaska

Active Outings and Exclusive Tours Bring Even More Choice to Shore
Excursion Lineup in 49th State

Entire Season of Tours Available Now for Online Reservations

SANTA CLARITA, Calif., April 12
From rock climbing and sled dog mushing to wildlife encounters and
exclusive tours that take guests back in time, Princess' shore
excursions enable guests to experience Alaska from a number of
different perspectives. This summer, passengers will have even more
Adventures Ashore® to choose from as the line adds 18 new tour options
to its roster of more than 125 total shore excursions in this
destination.
"Experiencing the wilderness and the culture of this magnificent state
are highlights of any Alaska cruise," said Charlie Ball, president of
Princess Tours. "We go to great lengths to find the best excursions
for our guests and offer them exceptional choices so they can fully
enjoy all of the wonder Alaska has to offer."

The line's full season of Alaska shore excursions are now available
for passengers who wish to pre-reserve their tour choices through
Princess' online Cruise Personalizer. Anyone booked on an Alaska
cruise can take advantage of this early reservation process to make
sure they get just the excursions they're hoping to take. "Many of our
Alaska tours are very popular and fill up quickly," noted Ball. "So we
encourage our passengers to make their selections early." Princess
pioneered online shore excursion booking, and this will be the fourth
Alaska season where passengers have the convenience of this
reservation system at www.princess.com.

The new options passengers can choose from this season include:
