Default Singapore Reconfigured A345s?

Happened to glance at the seat layout for the Singapore A345s on
www.seatguru.com this morning. Its been a couple of months since I've
flown the SQ A345s, but it appears there are now 3 extra rows of
economy seats (31, 32 & 33) that replaced two rows of business seats
(23 & 24).

Am I imagining things or has SQ reconfigured the A345s?
