hotel near Calgary airport

We will be flying out of Calgary airport on July 30 at 8:45 am and need a
hotel close to the airport or atleast within easy drive, we will also be
dropping off our rental car at the airport. Any recommends? We want a
quality place that is comfortable but we do not need luxury.

Been once in the Best Western Airport Inn. Nice and clean.

Many hotels at the airport have free shuttle service. Drop the car, and
take the shuttle to the hotel. Then jump on the shuttle back to the airport
for your flight. Saves a day of rental charges.

Thanks for the suggestion, Urs. My wife and I will be in the same
situation a few weeks later. You answered our question.

It also saves you from the potentially excessive amount of bull**** some
rental companies dream up when you try to return a car in a hurry.
