Default Connection time at Heathrow

Hi,
I will be travelling from Boston to Barcelona this summer via Heathrow
on British Airways. The time between the two flights is approximately
100 - 120 minutes and I must travel from terminal 4 to terminal 1. I
had heard that the connection times were very outragious and I was
wondering if this would be enough time to connect to my flight to
Barcelona at a reasonable pace (meaning no Olympic terminal sprints).
Thank you for your help!

You should have no problem and no need to rush, assuming your luggage will
be transferred for you. KM

It's quicker if you can take a "Flight Connections" route, rather than
try and take the Heathrow Express short-cut, or any other way that
involves coming out through immigration. Immigration can have enormous
line-ups for non-EU passport holders.
