HHello, We will be visiting Grand Turk next week on the Noordam. Can anyone
tell me how much "hiking" is involved after the boat trip over to Virgin
Gorda. We think the BATHS would be worth checking out. But three of us
have bad knees and can't walk over hill and dale for very long. Any
information on this excursion would be appreciated. Thanks Jerilyn

When you get to the baths, you will be dropped off in the parking lot and it is quite a long walk down a kind of "natural" stairway that is narrow and rocky. That takes you down to the beach. Not sure I'd do that if I couldn't walk easily. It is really really nice down on the beach though if you can make it.

Vigin Gorda is at Tortola, not Grand Turk.

I've been to the Baths on Virgin Gorda, but they were in the British
Virgin Islands. I don't know if the Noordam goes to Tortola (which is
where the cruise ships go mostly if they don't go to St. Thomas) after
Grand Turk or not.

The Noordam is going to St Thomas, Grand Turk and Tortola on his cruise
next week.
