not in my lifetime, and it's still a little too far south of
OAK.

I like SFO the best. Accessible by BART, and Cal Train, and
SamTrans, and plenty of free parking if you know where to
park near the Millbrae BART/CalTrain station. Downside is that
many of the low-fare airlines avoid SFO. Upside is that for
main line airlines, fares are often lower out of SFO than SJC
or OAK, and a lot more non-stops. Another upside is that SJC
has fewer red-eyes due to the city's curfew.
