NCL - concierge email address?

Hi,

I thought I had previously read that there was an email address that
one could send an email to in order to book restaurant reservations in
advance? Am I on the right track or totally up the wrong alley? The
reason why I ask is because I have a coupon booklet that allows for a
2 for 1 cover only on embarkation day... and I'd like to make the
reservations as early as possible.

Any suggestions on how to go about doing this?
