Bombay / Mumbai Airport Transportation - need help

I will be arriving at Bombay / Mumbai Airport in the middle of the
night.

With 4 kids and lots of lugguage, I was told that there are mini vans
that transport passengers.

Is that true ? Because with my lugguage, I will need quite a bit of
cargo space. A small taxi will not be able to accomodate us all and
our lugguage.

Also is it safe to travel in the middle of the night from Bombay
airport in a Mini Van taxi ?

Any other suggestions ?

depends where you are going, if you are smart you book a hotel with
complementary pick up and let them know you have lots of luggage.
