Default New Years in Arizona

We are booked to stay in Scottsdale AZ over Christmas and are now looking
for a reasonably close destination to spend New Years (preferably warm) Any
suggestions of where to stay?

By all means...Sedona, which is north of Scottsdale. If you have never
been to Sedona, then no trip to Arizona is complete without having done
so. Many travel experts have classified Sedona as "the nicest little
town in the U.S." The scenery is spectacular...Red Rock country. Do not
go there without reservations for lodgings. The town is constantly
filled with tourists.
