Hotel suggestions for Sydney?
I am travelling to Sydney in September from Hong Kong to see some friends...can anyone recommend a couple of good four star-ish hotels in or near the CBD? There are too many on the web for me to choose...about AUD200-250 price per night...

In the CBD in that price range you can't do better than the Swissotel. Service is great, and the large guestrooms were recently renovated. I am a travel agent, and I can usually find a deal of about AUD 220. If you have any questions or would like me to book the hotel for you, I'd be happy to help. Also, if you have any questions about hotels in other cities, I have recommendations for many cities around the world.
