Yes, although Pyramid Mall is not that far from Cornell -- just follow
Triphammer road.

My bad. From my house to Main St. in Cortland is five minutes.
Commons to Pyramid Mall is a bit longer, but not so longer I could do
both in the same day. And I have.

It's 13; 17 is about a half an hour to the south of Ithaca.

Don't have to speed at all; the posted limit, 55 mph, is just fine.
We're only talking about ~5 miles.
